It's no mystery... Andy's 30

Well, in two days he'll be 30... But we celebrated (after an "Oh S#*!...  Wow!") with a surprise Murder Mystery Dinner party at Margaritaland Resort (aka... our home in MN on a frigid Saturday night) last weekend. It was a fun event even with no one solving the exact mystery but laughs were had by all!

I can't believe I have known Andy for over 10 years already... I remember him turning 21 like it was yesterday (though he doesn't remember it I'm sure)!

 This little foot will be running through our home and yard before we know it!  I can't believe we are half way thru this pregnancy and baby will be here before we know it!

The ultrasound today was surreal and Andy said it well, "Best reality show on tv"  Baby was a little uncooperative with chin squished to the chest, but I'm only looking at it as our chance to see baby again next week at a level 2 ultrasound to see heart and head better.  I've only gained 13 lbs and everything else is going well!

We got all registered at Target and Babies 'R Us.  Much easier than wedding registering!

Baby Junebug... or Baby Jesus??

Our last Christmas break without children in our home was wonderful, but it is definitely time to keep the holiday's fresh and the next Christmas's to come will be amazing as well!

 Britt endearingly gave our little one the new nickname Junebug.  It has stuck and we like it... and no, if baby comes in May it WILL NOT be a Mayfly.

On Christmas in Chisago I opened an ornament from Aunt Judy and said, "Yeah, our first family Christmas ornament... Andy, me and Junebug! Sure, maybe it's the nativity, but ours is us!"  Two minutes later Britt opens hers, so she has Mary, Joseph and Jesus and I have us!

After Chisago we had a great Christmas in Racine with Christmas day spend in Chicago.  We played Celebrity and made it thru the holidays with no Thrall brawls... Well... sorta... I may have yelled at the boys for the first time during a game of Threesies.

The weekend after New Years we got some much need reuniting in with our college "housemates" and friends the Ackman's and Nechrebeckis.  This was the first time we met Riley since she was a tiny 4 lb baby in the NICU and 8 months later she is still a peanut, but an adorable one.  The weekend was filled with football  (Poor Vikes are done again), MarioKart GameCube, too much Call of Duty (in my opinion...) and training Croix and Andy in babyworld.

We have a baby coming!!!

September 26th... A date that has come full circle in life and death for me.  In 2003, 9 years ago, this was the date my dad passed of his cancer.  But today, we found out we'd be bringing a new life into this world!! Andy and I will soon be adding another wonderful mouth to feed. Our kids will no longer just be our pets, though they'll remain spoiled kids too. 

 Mid October we had a blast confusing our family with Grandma's cookies, Aunt Jemima pancake batter and Uncle Ben's rice.  Once the message was across, the excitement was contagious!

On Oct 30th we got our first picture of Baby Thrall.  Strong heartbeat and the perfect little moving limbs.

I can hardly wait to meet you little one.  We have lots to do before you come, but we promise to be ready and do all we can to be the best parents.  We pray for you each night and we hope you keep growing strong and are excited to join this crazy place we call home.  Love you lots!
