Evan's Baptism Weekend... and some ramblings of my moving emotions ;)

Evan entered the Christian church and family of Jesus today! :)   We debated waiting and doing it later in whatever new church we find around Oakdale (suggestions please!) but we love our Faith Lutheran and didn't want to rush the church "shopping" in the cities. He did wonderful and only cried with the shock of the water, and Declan only asked to go play in the bouncy houses 10 times instead of 100 during service!

Evan obviously enjoyed the thought of his cake he feel right asleep ;)

It was our Fall Festival at church so the kids had fun in the bouncy houses after being so amazing in service!

My most amazing Christian role model Aunt Judy and Doug made it out to celebrate Evan today!  So thankful!

It was also wonderful to have Sue & Tim & my mom out to our Hutch home one last time to help watch Evan while I worked these few weeks!  It is going to be hard for me to say goodbye to this house/town/friend at the end of the month, but I caught myself off guard crying just saying goodbye to my mom a few minutes ago since this was her last trip to Hutch and our house too!  Ahhhh!!  I have said this a couple times to some friends and family, but I just truly have never felt the emotions I am feeling right now to such huge extremes.  I seriously have no regrets about moving and the time is right... but I am so incredibly sad to leave the town of Hutch, our church, my first house, our friends, etc etc etc... but I am so incredibly happy and grateful for our new home, Andy's new job, getting to stay home with my boys for another 3 months, being near so many other great friends and family!  Just the extremes are wearing me down emotionally so prayers appreciated!

Anyhow, enough of my sappiness... we had lots of fun at the fun Big Kids and Big Toys event at the High school and Declan loved all the farm equipment and was fearless in our bucket ride up high on a boom utility truck!

And just a cute photo of my boys hanging out in the tent in our living room! :)
